an expressions study is unlike any other photography experience you've had. it's fun, relaxed, orgranic, unhurried and unstructured. we schedule only two sessions per day, so there's never the pressure of the next child is waiting.

whether it is an in-studio or outdoor session, these images are rich and timeless. Expression Study portraits are simply styled, with few, if any, props. hand painted backgrounds add texture and depth. lighting is soft, with great shading, what artists call chiaroscuro. colors are warm, and muted, and blend with most home's decor.
